Returns and Complaints

Important information about withdrawals, returns, and complaints.

Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Refund Policy

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for your order, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Important Information

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

This includes, in particular, temporary tattoos created using your own design, uploaded artwork, custom text, or products ordered through our custom design generator. Such personalized products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.

Complaints

If the goods purchased from us are defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint under applicable consumer law.

What to Include in a Complaint

To help us process your complaint, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photos showing the defect, damage, or non-conformity.

Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to request:

repair of the goods, replacement with goods free from defects, a price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund where the lack of conformity is serious or where other remedies are not available or have failed.

Personalized Products and Complaints

Custom / personalized tattoos and products made with your own design are also covered by complaint rights if they are defective, incorrectly produced, damaged on delivery, or not in conformity with the design or specifications accepted in your order.
